Our bodies are a lot like plants. What do plants need to grow big and strong? Sunshine and water! Our bodies need water, too. It helps us in so many ways:💧 It gives us energy to run, jump, and play.🧠 It helps our brains think and learn new things.🌡️ It keeps our bodies at the right temperature, cooling us down when we're hot.💪 It helps our bodies turn food into fuel to make us strong.Without enough water, we can feel tired, grumpy, or even get a headache. Water is our body's best friend!

Meet Sam! He loves playing soccer at recess. ⚽The Game: Sam is running all over the field, kicking the ball and having fun with his friends.
