Water is the best fuel to keep us hydrated.Being hydrated means your body has enough water to do all its important jobs, like:Giving you energy to run and play.Helping your brain focus at school.Keeping your body at the right temperature.Some drinks, like soda or juice, have a lot of sugar. They are okay for a special treat sometimes, but water is the #1 choice for every day!
