What & Why

Our bodies need water to run, jump, and think! Some drinks, like soda and fruit punch, have a lot of sugar. Sugar can give you a quick burst of energy, but then make you feel tired. Water is the best choice because it gives our bodies exactly what they need without any sneaky sugar. Milk is another great choice because it helps build strong bones!
