Our bodies are like amazing machines, and water is the fuel that helps them go! When we run, jump, and play, our bodies use up water.Drinking water gives us Playtime Power so we can have fun longer and feel our best. It helps our brains think and our muscles move!

Leo is getting ready for his soccer game. It's a sunny day!Before the game: Leo drinks a big glass of water. This gets his body ready to play.During the game: At halftime, his coach tells everyone to take a water break. Leo drinks from his water bottle, even if he doesn't feel super thirsty yet.After the game: Leo is tired. He drinks more water to help his body cool down and feel strong again.

Maya is at the park with her friends. They are playing on the swings and the slide.Maya's mom packed a water bottle for her.After climbing the monkey bars, Maya feels a little tired.
