Everyone has feelings, like happy, sad, or angry. Feelings are like visitors — they come and go! It's important to know that no feelings are 'bad.' All of your feelings are okay and are a normal part of being you.

Example 1 — Happy

Imagine you get a brand new box of crayons! Your tummy might feel fluttery and a big smile spreads across your face. You feel light and bouncy. This feeling is called happy. It's okay to feel happy!

Example 2 — Sad

What if your favorite toy breaks? You might feel a lump in your throat and your eyes might get watery. Your body could feel heavy. This feeling is called sad. It's okay to feel sad.
