What & Why
Feelings are what we feel on the inside. We can have many different feelings, like happy, sad, angry, or scared.Naming our feelings is like turning on a light. It helps us see what's going on inside our bodies and minds, which is the first step to understanding ourselves and feeling better!

Example 1 — Happy (Yellow)

Example 2 — Sad (Blue)
Imagine you build a beautiful sandcastle. But then a big wave comes and washes it all away. That heavy, quiet feeling is sadness. We can think of sad as the color blue, like a quiet, rainy day. You might feel like crying, and that's okay.
