Everyone has feelings, and it's okay to feel all of them! Our faces can show our feelings to others without even using words. Learning to see feelings on faces helps us understand our friends and know when they might need a hug or some space.

Imagine you just got a brand new puppy! Your mouth would make a big smile. Your eyes might get wide and sparkly. This is a happy face! You feel warm and bouncy inside when you are happy.

Imagine your best friend is moving to a new town. Your mouth might turn down into a frown. Your eyes might get watery with tears. This is a sad face. You might feel heavy inside and want a hug when you are sad.
