Everyone has feelings, and they are all okay! Sometimes we feel happy, sometimes sad, and sometimes even a little grumpy.Using special words helps us share these feelings. We can start our sentences with: 'I feel...'This is like a superpower! It helps friends and grown-ups understand what's going on inside you and how they can help.

Imagine it's your birthday and you get a brand new puppy! You can't stop smiling and you want to give it a big hug.What's happening inside? Your heart might feel warm and bouncy.What can you say? You can tell someone, "I feel so happy!"Saying this shares your joy with others!
