What is self-talk? It's the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. It’s your inner voice.This inner voice can be your best friend or your worst critic. We can separate it into two types:1. Positive Self-Talk: This is the encouraging, hopeful, and kind voice. It sounds like: "I can try my best." or "It's okay to make mistakes, that's how I learn." It builds confidence and helps you bounce back from setbacks.2. Negative Self-Talk: This is the critical, doubtful, and harsh voice.
