What & Why

Our bodies are amazing! They help us run, jump, and play. But just like a toy car needs to recharge its batteries, our bodies need to rest to get more energy.Listening to your body means paying attention to the signals it sends you. Feeling tired, thirsty, or a little sore are all ways your body says, 'Hey, I need a little break!'
