What & Why

Our bodies are like amazing machines! Before we play hard, we need to warm them up. This is like waking up your muscles and telling them, 'Get ready for fun!' It helps us not get hurt. After we play, we need to cool down. This is like telling your muscles, 'Great job! Time to relax.' It helps our bodies feel good and not get sore.
