Let's make a super simple rainbow snack! Ask a grown-up to help you.Get your colors: Find some yummy, colorful fruits. You could use red strawberries, orange slices, yellow banana pieces, green kiwi, and blue blueberries.Make a pattern: Get a plate or a skewer (with help!). Put the fruits in a line to make a rainbow. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue!Enjoy your superpower snack: As you eat each color, think about the part of your body you are helping.
