What & Why

When you want to get better at something, just saying 'I want to be better' isn't very helpful. A better way is to set SMART goals. It's an acronym that helps you create clear, powerful goals you can actually reach.Specific: What exactly do you want to achieve?Measurable: How will you know when you've reached it? (Think numbers!)Achievable: Is this goal realistic for you right now?Relevant: Why is this goal important to you?Time-bound: When will you achieve this goal by?Using SMART goals turns a vague wish into an actual action plan!
