Example 1 — Dodgeball Defender

Imagine you're in a friendly game of dodgeball. Here's how to be a great defender by combining skills:Stay Light on Your Feet: Bend your knees slightly and stay on the balls of your feet. This keeps you ready to move in any direction.Watch the Ball: Keep your eyes on the person who is about to throw. Their body will give you clues about where the ball is going.Dodge!: As they throw, make a quick move! You can jump, duck, or sidestep to get out of the ball's path.Weave to Safety: After you dodge, don't just stand there! Weave around your teammates to find a new, safe spot.

Example 2 — Obstacle Course Challenge

At the end, place a laundry basket or a bucket.Weave Through: Start at one end and weave in a zig-zag pattern through the obstacles without touching them.Grab and Aim: At the end of the course, pick up a soft ball or a pair of rolled-up socks.Throw for the Win!: Take a moment to aim, then throw your object into the basket.
