What & Why
Combining movement skills means doing more than one type of move at a time, or one right after the other. Think about running, then jumping, then landing and rolling. When you combine skills, you can move more smoothly and efficiently. It’s a key part of playing sports, navigating a playground, and completing an awesome obstacle course!

Push off your outside foot to quickly change direction and head to the next cone.Flow: Try to make your movement smooth, like water flowing around rocks.
