What & Why
Moving our bodies in different ways is so much fun! Today we're learning two exciting things:Zig-Zagging: This is when you move from side to side in a wavy line, like a slithery snake. It helps you change directions quickly in games!Obstacle Courses: This is a fun path with things you have to go over (like a pillow), under (like a table), or around (like a toy). It teaches you to control your body in amazing ways.Learning these moves helps us stay balanced, get stronger, and be super stars in games like tag and soccer!

Example 1 — Zig-Zag Snakes
Let's pretend to be slithery snakes! You'll need a few soft objects like pillows, stuffed animals, or shoes.Place your objects in a line, leaving some space between each one. These are your 'rocks'.Start at one end and begin to walk, weaving your body around each 'rock' without touching it.Move like a snake, going left, then right, then left again.Once you're good at walking it, try jogging or even hopping in a zig-zag pattern!

Example 2 — Pillow Mountain & Tunnel Time
You can make a fun adventure course right in your living room! Always ask a grown-up first.Pillow Mountain: Pile up some soft pillows or cushions. Your mission is to climb carefully over the mountain. Use your hands and feet!Chair Tunnel: Find two sturdy chairs and place them a little bit apart. Now, get on your hands and knees and crawl under them like you're in a secret tunnel.Toy River: Place a few toys on the floor. Your job is to step or jump around them without touching them.
