What & Why

Our bodies and brains work hard all day! Sleep is the special time when they get to rest, grow, and get strong for the next day. When we don't get enough sleep, we can become a Sleepy Grump—feeling tired, cranky, and having a hard time learning. But when we get lots of good sleep, we become an Energy Star—feeling happy, strong, and ready for fun!
