Let's toss a beanbag into it!Stand with your feet a little bit apart and face the hoop.Hold the beanbag in the hand you like to write with.Point your other arm at the hoop to help you aim.Swing your tossing arm back gently.Step forward with the foot on the opposite side of your tossing hand.Swing your arm forward and let the beanbag go!Did it land inside? Great job!

You can say, "Ready?"Hold the soft ball in your hand with your palm facing up, like you're holding a bowl of soup.Swing your arm straight back, then straight forward, like a pendulum on a clock. As you swing forward, step with your opposite foot.Let the ball roll off your fingertips, sending it in a little arc to your friend. This is called an underhand toss.
