What & Why

What is Dribbling and Stopping?Dribbling is when you use gentle taps with your feet to move a ball along the ground. It's not a big kick! Stopping, or trapping, is using your foot to make the ball stop moving completely. Why is it important?Learning to dribble and stop helps you control the ball in games like soccer. It lets you keep the ball close to you so you can decide where to go next, instead of just kicking it far away.
