Using 'El' and 'La' for Rooms
Use 'el' for boy words. Use 'la' for girl words.
In Spanish, rooms have a gender. We say 'el baño' and 'el dormitorio'. We say 'la cocina' and 'la sala'.
Saying Where Things Are with 'Estar'
To say where something is, use 'está en...'.
