Using 'en' for Location
en + el / la + [room]
To say something is *in* a room, use 'en'. Use 'la' for feminine words (cocina, sala). Use 'el' for masculine words (jardín, comedor).
Asking 'Where?' - ¿Dónde?
¿Dónde + está + [person/thing]?
Use this question to ask for the location of one person or thing. 'Está' means 'is'.
