Get Ready to Move!

Before we play, let's warm up our bodies. A warm-up gets your muscles ready for action. Try jogging in place for a minute or doing some big arm circles to get your blood flowing.
2

How to Throw

To throw a ball, turn your body to the side. Point your non-throwing arm at your target. As you throw, step forward with the opposite foot and look right where you want the ball to go. This is called hand-eye coordination!
3

How to Catch

When a ball comes to you, keep your eyes on it the whole time. Make a basket shape with your hands. When the ball touches your hands, gently pull it in toward your body to catch it softly.
