Get Ready to Move!
Before we practice our moves, let's warm up our bodies. Try jogging in place for a minute or doing some big arm circles. A good warm-up gets your muscles ready to play safely.
2
The Super Jump
To get a great jump, stand with your feet about as wide as your shoulders. Bend your knees, swing your arms back, and then swing them forward as you push off the ground and jump up! You can jump in place or jump forward a little bit.
3
The Safe Landing
Landing is the most important part! When you come down, try to land as quietly as a cat. To do this, bend your knees and hips as your feet touch the ground. This is called having 'soft knees'.
