Meet Your ABCs!

Did you know your body has its own ABCs? They are Agility, Balance, and Coordination! Agility is changing direction quickly. Balance is staying steady and not falling over. Coordination is making your body parts work together smoothly. Let's practice them!

A is for Agility!

Let's try an agility drill. First, warm up your body with some jumping jacks or running in place. Now, set up some "cones" like shoes or water bottles in a line. Weave in and out of them as fast as you can without knocking them over. Try going forwards and then backwards!

B is for Balance!

Time to test your balance. Stand on one foot like a flamingo. How long can you hold it? Try to count to 10! If you wobble, that's okay. Just try again. For an extra challenge, try closing your eyes for a second or two.
