A support system is a group of people you can turn to for advice, help, and encouragement. During puberty, your body, emotions, and social life are all changing, which can feel confusing or overwhelming.Having a strong support system is important because:It gives you safe people to ask personal questions.It provides comfort when you're feeling down or stressed.It helps you make healthy and safe choices.It reminds you that you are not alone!
