What & Why
Pain is your body's red light!Think of a traffic light. Green means go, yellow means slow down, and red means STOP! Muscle soreness is like a yellow light; it tells you to be gentle. But pain is a red light. It's a sharp, strong, or sudden feeling that tells you to STOP what you're doing right away to prevent a real injury.
