Your body is always growing, but sometimes it grows extra fast! This is called a growth spurt. It means your bones and muscles are getting longer and stronger.It's a normal and healthy part of life for everyone. Understanding how you grow helps you take good care of your amazing body!

Meet Kai. Last month, his favorite jeans fit perfectly. Here's what happened next:Notice: Kai put on his jeans and saw his ankles were showing. They were too short!Feeling: He felt surprised.
