What & Why
Our teeth help us chew yummy food and give us a great smile! When we eat, tiny bits of food and sticky stuff called 'plaque' can stay on our teeth. Brushing cleans them away so our teeth stay healthy and strong, and helps prevent cavities (little holes in our teeth).

Go back and forth gently.Tongue: Gently brush your tongue to get rid of germs that cause bad breath.Try to brush for 2 minutes. You can sing a song like 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' two times!
