Healthy habits are the small things we do every day to take care of our bodies. Things like washing our hands and brushing our teeth are super important! They help wash away tiny, invisible germs that can make us sick, so we can keep playing and learning.

Example 1 — Hand Washing Hero
Washing your hands is a superpower against germs! Here's how to do it right:Turn on the water and get your hands wet.Use soap and make lots of bubbles.Rub your hands together for 20 seconds. Sing the "Happy Birthday" song twice!Make sure to scrub the front, back, and in between your fingers.Rinse all the soap off with clean water.Dry your hands with a clean towel.

Example 2 — Terrific Tooth Brushing
A bright smile is a healthy smile! Let's brush our teeth the right way:Put a little bit of toothpaste (the size of a pea) on your toothbrush.Brush your teeth in little circles, all over the front and back.Don't forget to brush your tongue gently!Brush for 2 minutes. You can use a timer or sing a fun song.Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth with water.Do this in the morning and before you go to bed.
