Grammar Rules & Patterns

Days and Months Use Small Letters lunes, martes, miércoles... enero, febrero... In Spanish, we don't use a big capital letter. We use a small letter to start the word. Days are Boys (Masculine) el lunes, el martes, el miércoles... We say 'el' before the day. It means 'the'. Think of 'el' like a little boy robot. 🤖 The Week Starts on Monday lunes, martes, miércoles, jueves, viernes, sábado, domingo In many Spanish-speaking places, the calendar week starts with lunes (Monday)!
