Adjective Agreement Rule
Adjective ending must match the gender of the noun.
If your friend is a boy (amigo), use adjectives ending in -o. If your friend is a girl (amiga), change the -o to an -a. Some adjectives, like 'inteligente' or 'amable', don't change.
Using 'Es' for Descriptions
Subject + es + adjective.
To say what your friend is like, you use the word 'es' (is). Start with your friend (Mi amigo / Mi amiga), then add 'es', then add the describing word (adjective).
Talking About 'We' (-AR Verbs)
For -AR verbs, drop -AR and add -amos.
