To say how old you are in Spanish, you always use the verb 'tener' (to have). For yourself, you say 'Tengo', which means 'I have'.

Verb stem + -o
When you are talking about yourself doing an action, you take an -AR verb (like cantar), remove the -ar, and add an -o. For example, 'cantar' becomes 'canto' (I sing).
Adjective Agreement (Gender)
