No Capital Letters días de la semana = minúsculas (lowercase) In Spanish, the days of the week are not capitalized like they are in English, unless they are at the very beginning of a sentence. For example, write 'lunes', not 'Lunes'. All Days are Masculine Use 'el' for one day, 'los' for multiple days. Every day of the week is a masculine noun. This means you always use the article 'el' before it (e.g., 'el lunes'). If you are talking about something that happens every week on that day, you use 'los' (e.g., 'los lunes').
