Using the Verb 'Llevar' To say 'I wear', you use 'Yo llevo'. When someone asks you '¿Qué llevas puesto?', you start your answer with 'Yo llevo...' or just 'Llevo...' to say what you are wearing right now. 'Llevar' is a regular -AR verb. Gender Agreement with Colors Masculine Noun + Masculine Adjective (-o). Feminine Noun + Feminine Adjective (-a). If a clothing item is masculine (like 'el sombrero'), its color must also be masculine ('rojo'). If it's feminine (like 'la camisa'), its color must be feminine ('roja').
