What's a Disagreement?
A disagreement, or conflict, happens when teammates want different things. This is a normal part of being on a team and it doesn't mean anyone is wrong. Think of it as a problem you can solve together.
2
Step 1: Cool Down & Listen
When you disagree, feelings can get big. The first step is to take a deep breath to calm down. Then, give your teammate your full attention and listen to their side. Everyone deserves a chance to be heard.
3
Step 2: Find a Solution
Once you both understand the problem, work together to find a solution. A good solution is one that feels fair to everyone and helps the team. This might mean finding a middle ground, which is called a compromise.
