1
Encourage Everyone
A great teammate uses positive words. When you see someone try hard, give them a high-five or say "Nice job!" If a teammate makes a mistake, you can say "Good try, we'll get it next time!" Your encouragement helps everyone feel confident and happy to be on the team.
2
Include Everyone
Teams are strongest when everyone feels like they belong. Being inclusive means you make sure no one is left out. You can do this by passing the ball to different players, inviting someone to join your group for a drill, or just saying hello to everyone in the locker room.

Show Up for Your Team
Showing up is about more than just being at practice. It means you arrive ready to listen, try your best, and focus on the team's goals. It also means supporting your teammates off the field, like cheering for them in other activities or helping them if they are having a tough day.
