Teamwork is when we work together with our friends to do something fun, like build a tower! To be a good teammate, we need to:Take Turns: This means one person does something, and then the next person gets a chance. It's fair and makes sure everyone gets to play.Share: This means we all use the same toys, like blocks or crayons. Sharing lets us build bigger and better things than we could alone!When we take turns and share, everyone feels happy and included.

Example 1 — The Wobbly Start
Leo and Mia are building a tower.Leo grabs all the big red blocks and starts building by himself very fast.Mia wants to help, but she doesn't have any good blocks. She feels sad and left out.Leo's tower gets tall, but it's very wobbly because he is rushing and didn't build a strong bottom.Oh no! The tower is not very strong, and Mia is not having fun. How can they fix this?

Example 2 — The Super Strong Tower
Leo and Mia decide to try again as a team.They put all the blocks in one big pile so they can both reach them. This is sharing!Leo places a big red block at the bottom. Then he says, "Your turn, Mia!"Mia carefully places another big block next to his. They are taking turns!They talk about their ideas and help each other. Their new tower is super tall and super strong because they worked together!
