Red Light, Green Light: Stop and Go!

Red Light, Green Light is a game about listening and moving. One person is the 'Traffic Light' and calls out commands. The other players listen and move. It's important because it teaches us to follow directions, be patient, and control our movements, which helps us stay safe when we play.

Playing as a runner is exciting! Here’s how you do it:Start: Stand with your friends at the starting line.Listen: The 'Traffic Light' person will turn their back and yell 'Green Light!'.Go: When you hear 'Green Light!', you can walk, run, or skip towards the Traffic Light.Stop: When the Traffic Light yells 'Red Light!' and turns around, you must FREEZE right where you are, like a statue.Oops!: If the Traffic Light sees you moving during a red light, you have to go all the way back to the starting line.Win: The first person to reach and tag the Traffic Light wins and becomes the next Traffic Light!

Being the Traffic Light is a very important job! Here's your mission:Start: Stand at the finish line, facing away from the other players.Call 'Go': Yell 'Green Light!' nice and loud so everyone can hear you. You can keep your back turned while they move.Call 'Stop': When you're ready, yell 'Red Light!' and quickly turn around to face the players.Look for Movers: Carefully look to see if anyone is still moving, wiggling, or wobbling.Be Fair: If you see someone move, ask them politely to go back to the starting line.
