What & Why
A Move-It Chart is a special calendar you make to keep track of your daily activities. Every time you run, jump, dance, or play, you get to add a sticker or a drawing to your chart!Why do we do this? It helps us see how active we are and reminds us to move our bodies every single day. Moving every day is super important for a strong heart, strong muscles, and a happy brain!

Example 1 — Making Your Chart
Let's make a chart! It's easy and fun.Get a big piece of paper and some crayons or markers.Write 'My Awesome Move-It Chart' at the top.Draw seven big boxes, one for each day of the week. Write the days in the boxes: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.Get some cool stickers or decide on a fun shape to draw, like a star or a smiley face.Now your chart is ready for a week of fun moves!

Example 2 — Filling Your Chart
It's Monday and you just came home from school. You decide to play hide-and-seek in the backyard with your brother for 30 minutes. That's a great way to move!Go to your Move-It Chart.Find the box that says 'Monday'.Peel a shiny star sticker and place it right in the middle of the Monday box.Hooray! You've marked your move for the day. It feels good to see that star!
