What & Why
A parachute is a big, colorful circle of cloth with handles all around the edge. We play with it to learn about teamwork! When we all work together, we can make the parachute do amazing things, like make waves or a giant mushroom. It's all about listening to each other and moving as one big, happy team.

Example 1 — Making Waves
Let's make waves like the ocean!Everyone finds a handle and holds on with two hands.Listen to the leader. When they say "small waves," we gently shake the parachute up and down. When they say "big waves," we make bigger movements with our arms, lifting high and pulling down low, all together!

Example 2 — Mushroom Cloud
Let's make the parachute fly up like a giant mushroom!Everyone holds their handle and stands in a circle. The leader will count: "One... two... THREE!"On "THREE," everyone lifts their arms straight up high at the same time. The parachute will fill with air and float up!Sometimes, we can even take a few steps forward to trap the air inside.
