Example 1 — Making the Letter 'I'
The letter 'I' is a great one to start with because you can make it all by yourself!Step 1: Find a safe space where you have room to stand.Step 2: Stand up as straight and tall as you can, like a pencil.Step 3: Keep your arms by your sides and your feet together.Step 4: Look! You've made a perfect letter 'I' with your body.

Example 2 — Making the Letter 'T'
The letter 'T' needs two friends working together. Teamwork makes it happen!Step 1: Find a partner. Decide who will be the top of the 'T' and who will be the bottom.Step 2: The person making the bottom stands up straight and tall, just like the letter 'I'.Step 3: The person making the top stands in front of their partner and stretches their arms out wide to each side.Step 4: Put it together! The person with arms out stands right in front of the tall person. You made a 'T'!
