Using 'Estar' for Location
[Mueble] + está(n) + [preposición de lugar] + [otro objeto/lugar].
To describe where a piece of furniture is located, always use the verb 'estar' (está for singular, están for plural), not 'ser'. 'Estar' is used for location and temporary states.
Adjective Agreement Formula
Noun (gender, number) + Adjective (matching gender, number)
When describing furniture, the adjective must match the noun. If the noun is feminine and plural (las sillas), the adjective must also be feminine and plural (cómodas).
