Subjunctive for Wishes and Hopes
Espero que / Ojalá que + [sujeto 2] + [verbo en presente de subjuntivo]
Use this structure to express a desire or hope about what a fish (or someone else) does. The change in subject from the main clause to the subordinate clause triggers the subjunctive.
Subjunctive for Purpose (para que)
[Cláusula principal] + para que + [sujeto 2] + [verbo en presente de subjuntivo]
Use 'para que' (so that, in order that) to explain the purpose of an action. When the subject of the main verb is different from the subject of the purpose clause, the subjunctive is required.
