Asking 'Who?' ¿Quién + es + él / ella? To ask who a person is, start with the question word '¿Quién?', followed by the verb 'es' (is), and then 'él' (he) for a boy or 'ella' (she) for a girl. Asking 'How many?' ¿Cuántos / Cuántas + [family member] + tienes? To ask how many family members someone has, start with '¿Cuántos?' (for masculine/mixed groups) or '¿Cuántas?' (for feminine). Then say the family member, and end with 'tienes?' (do you have?). Answering with 'Tengo' Yo + tengo + [number] + [family member].
