Regular -AR Verb Endings (Preterite)
Stem + {-é, -aste, -ó, -amos, -asteis, -aron}
To conjugate a regular -ar verb in the preterite, remove the -ar ending to find the stem, then add the appropriate ending based on the subject pronoun. Note the required accents on the 'yo' and 'él/ella/usted' forms.
