3-Digit Number Building Rule
Hundreds + Tens + Ones = Standard Number
Look at the first digit of each part. Put them together in order to make the standard number.
4-Digit Number Building Rule
Thousands + Hundreds + Tens + Ones = Standard Number
Just like with 3-digit numbers, you put the first digit of each part together in order.
The Hero Zero Rule
Hundreds + Ones = H0T (Hundreds, 0 Tens, Ones)
If a place is missing (like tens), you must put a zero there to hold its spot.
