The Look and Compare Rule Look at Item 1. 👀 Look at Item 2. 👀 First, we must look very carefully at two things to see what is the same or different. The 'If Same, Then Pair' Rule If they are the same ✅, put them together. When you find two things that are a match, they become a pair. Group them up! The 'If Different, Then Separate' Rule If they are not the same ❌, keep them apart. If two things do not match, they do not go in the same group. Move on to the next item.
