Ready to Play!
Before we start, let's get our bodies ready. A great warm-up helps prevent injuries and gets you focused. Try jogging lightly for a few minutes and doing some gentle stretches for your legs, like leg swings. Always warm up before you play!

The Perfect Pass
To pass the ball to a teammate, use the inside of your foot. This is the flat, middle part on the side of your big toe. Stand with your non-kicking foot next to the ball, swing your kicking leg, and gently tap the middle of the ball with the inside of your foot. Aim for your target!

Cushion the Ball
When a ball comes to you, you need to receive it. Instead of kicking it hard, think of your foot as a soft pillow or cushion. As the ball arrives, gently pull your foot back a little bit. This cushions the impact and keeps the ball close to you, ready for your next move.
