What & Why
An activity log is like a diary for your body's movements. You write down the physical activities you do each day, how long you do them, and maybe even how they make you feel. Why do this? It's fun to see all the ways you move! It also helps you notice your habits, stay motivated, and work towards goals, like being active for 60 minutes a day.
