What & Why
Sometimes our bodies feel full of wiggles or big feelings like being mad or sad. Big Balloon Breaths help us let those feelings out gently. We pretend our belly is a balloon. When we breathe in, the balloon gets big. When we breathe out, the balloon gets small. This special kind of breathing tells our brain and body it's time to be calm and peaceful.
